Titles

For the annual Empfang der Filmhochschulen, which is organized as part of the Berlinale, we, the students in the Motion Design department of the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg, worked out a visual language with which the event designed its external communication.
The event was about the exchange of students from different universities in Germany. Different projects and project ideas were presented, which were divided into categories.
Our task was to develop a dynamic design language for the event and to create the accompanying print and moving image products needed for strong external communication. Specifically, this included the event catalog, the preparation and design of the stage presentations, the bumpers for all categories, the website, the foundation checks for the winning teams, the press wall, and other print products. In our team, we agreed on a precise division of tasks. Therefore, I focused on creating the bumper for the Kurzfilm category, designing the presentations and animating the typography that was used in all the bumpers.
